Seems like everyone is sniffling and hacking their way into spring. Not a fun way to begin the season!

What can you do to strengthen your immune system? A healthy immune system is a symptom of overall health! So how do we get healthy to achieve a strong immune system?

My advice is to avoid unnecessary prescription antibiotics if possible (always do what your doctor tells you of course) and to get on a probiotic ASAP.
