"I whole heartedly endorse the work of Katherine Clancy. I have been coming to Planet Fitness regularly for the past nine months. I had been told by a friend to ask for 'Kat' and met her in the first beginners orientation group I attended. She was enthusiastic and encouraging, expertly demonstrating the equipment and basic exercises for the beginner.

I decided to give myself a further boost and saw Kat for a free consultation. She evaluated my overall fitness and made helpful suggestions. I was able to discuss my reasons for joining Planet Fitness and what I hoped to achieve. We decided on a plan, whereby, she would develop an exercise program designed to meet my physical needs and skill level.

Since that time, I have met with Kat individually, periodically, and as I have mastered each program, she has designed new programs for me. Kat's approach is flexible, and the program design takes one's schedule and time constraints into consideration. While challenging, the programs have been balanced with the inherent recognition that the ultimate goal is to help individuals to incorporate exercise and fitness into their lifestyles.

My overall fitness level has improved considerably. My balance, and coordination have also improved. I am significantly stronger, and have better posture. Just as importantly, my self confidence has also grown as these physical changes have occurred.

A significant portion of the success I have had has been due to the support that Kat has provided to me. She is a highly skilled and knowledgeable trainer and teacher I would highly recommend. "
