"I have been working with Katherine for over over six months. I have noticed a great difference in my strength, flexibility, and muscle tone. My energy and mental being is more upbeat and positive. This positive attitude carries over to all other aspects of my personal and professional life. Katherine has made me more knowledgeable on what I should be eating and more importantly, why I am eating the foods that I eat.
Katherine explained the exercises to me and what they are doing for each part of my body. I have learned that it is important to eat every 3-4 hours and I should be eating more protein and less carbs. Since I am a mixed-type eater, my body needs half meat and half healthy carbs. I have also learned that weight training combined with cardio is an important way to build muscle and burn fat. Lastly, I have learned that eating non-processed foods (organic when possible) and drinking lots of water is the key to losing weight and being successful at maintaining a healthy body."
